Carespring is seeking a Licensed Facility Administrator for our skilled nursing facility in Loveland, OH. This leadership role oversees facility operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines and delivering high-quality resident care.

You will supervise department heads, manage AR, payroll summaries, and monthly reporting, and strive for CMS 5-star performance while supporting staff, residents, and families.

Qualifications

• Desires working with elderly and aims to achieve excellent outcomes for patients and families.
• Follows the facility Mission, Vision and Values to achieve great outcomes.
• Maintains an active Administrator’s License in the state where the facility is located.

Responsabilités

• Ensures facility is following all federal and state guidelines.
• Establishes a proactive and engaging relationship with the team members, families and community.
• Maintains direct oversight of the following operations in the facility, including but not limited to the following:
• Team Member Satisfaction by working through/with the facility department heads.
• Assists with team member issue management
• Patient/Responsible party satisfaction.
• Accounts receivable
• Quality of Care - Works to ensure the facility maintains at least a 4 star on CMS 5-star program
• Manages the CMS Quality Indicators
• Ensures the corporate office receives timely follow-up on requested items (i.e. AR issues/questions, Corporate monthly reports, Invoices, Payroll Summaries, Credit card expense reporting)
• Any and all duties as assigned by the Regional Administrator, COO and/or CEO.

Salary: $115,000 to $160,000 based on experience and licensure
