Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a Security Officer to provide security detail per post orders and establish relations with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Officers will maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service while monitoring entrances, patrols, and fixed posts across assigned properties.

The role requires punctuality, a polite demeanor with visitors and employees, and proactive engagement with post orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background and drug screen; offer contingent on background check.
• Minimum 3–6 months prior relevant experience.
• Level II Texas Security License required.

Responsibilities

• Be on time and report to post in full uniform.
• Maintain a professional image greeting customers and staff.
• Be proactive in knowing revisions to post orders and information.
• Patrol property or fixed post, report suspicious activity and investigate incidents.
• Monitor cameras and equipment per post orders.
• Know emergency procedures and respond to alarms and incidents.
