Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking Security Officers to provide security detail per post orders and build professional relationships with customers and local agencies. Officers maintain a professional image, perform patrols, monitor CCTV, and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities include timely reporting in uniform, clear communication, and thorough documentation of activities and incidents, with a strong emphasis on customer service and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug screen required; offer contingent on background investigation.
• 3–6 months experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV or access systems.
• State Guard license required.

Responsibilities

• Be on time and report to post in full uniform.
• Greet customers, visitors and employees in a polite, friendly manner.
• Be proactive in knowing post orders and customer information.
• Patrol property or maintain fixed post position and report suspicious activity.
• Monitor cameras and equipment as outlined in post orders.
• Know emergency policies and respond to alarms/incidents.
• Complete Daily Activity Reports and incident reports.
• Maintain knowledge of life safety systems and access doors.
• Communicate daily with Security Supervisor about new issues or changes.
