Qualifications

• For esthetician/cosmetology license in Florida, maintain current credentials.
• Strong communication and client-relations abilities are required.
• Ability to collaborate with management and peers in a fast-paced spa setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services and educate guests on promotions and aftercare.
• Maintain clean, sanitized wax suite and equipment.
• Pre-book appointments and assist with guest referrals to boost bookings.
• Adhere to schedules and report maintenance or supply needs promptly.
• Provide memorable guest experiences using NWC terminology and scripts.
