Job summary

Naples Wax Center (NWC) seeks a Wax Specialist to deliver premium waxing services and build lasting relationships with guests in a luxurious setting. You will collaborate with a courteous, skilled team and contribute to the overall success of the center while maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

The role requires a Florida licensed esthetician or cosmetologist, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work at least 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in Florida.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services for guests of Naples Wax Center.
• Educate guests about current in-center promotions.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with guests.
• Ensure the wax suite is clean and sanitized.
• Pre-book appointments to encourage guest retention.
• Boost bookings through guest referrals.
• Meet and exceed individual and center goals.
• Follow the schedule provided during the application process.
• Arrange coverage when taking time off to avoid conflicts.
• Follow the reservation book managed by Guest Services.
• Arrive punctually, dressed appropriately with nametag.
• Create memorable guest experiences using NWC terminology and scripts.
• Collaborate with management and staff for a positive environment.
• Attend team meetings and training to stay updated.

We're actively seeking Estheticians/Wax Specialists to join our team of courteous, skilled, and driven professionals. Applicants should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week.

This role will report to the Assistant Manager and Center Manager, providing ample opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Operational Duties:

• Perform waxing services for guests of NWC.
• Educate guests about current in-center promotions.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with guests.
• Ensure the wax suite is consistently clean and sanitized.
• Encourage guest retention by pre-booking appointments.
• Boost appointment bookings through guest referrals.
• Meet and exceed both individual and center goals.
• Adhere to the assigned schedule provided during the application process.
• Arrange coverage when requesting time off to ensure no conflicting guest bookings.
• Follow the reservation book managed by the Guest Services Associate.
• Arrive punctually to work, dressed appropriately with nametag displayed.
• Craft memorable guest experiences using NWC terminology and tailored scripts.
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with management and other staff to create a cohesive and positive work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed.

Compliance:

• Adhere to all regulations and polices related to NWC operations.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding participants’ information.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including proper cleaning and sanitization.
• Follow XWELL policies and procedures related to health and safety.

Facility Maintenance:

• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the NWC.
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the State of Florida.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating collaborative work with diverse teams.
