Job summary

EWC Growth LLC is seeking Licensed Estheticians or Cosmetologists to join our Wax Specialist development program and advance to Peer Trainer. You will perform waxing services, coach new hires, and help maintain service standards in Estero/Naples.

Top performers earn up to $90,000 annually, including hourly pay, gratuity, and incentives. Responsibilities include on-the-floor coaching, guest education, and supporting ongoing development of wax specialists.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.
• Consistent history of strong performance and professionalism.
• Strong understanding of guest experience standards and product recommendation.
• Ability to demonstrate skills clearly and translate knowledge into practical coaching.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Full-time, open availability strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services following EWC protocols and safety standards.
• Create a welcoming, professional experience for every guest.
• Educate guests on waxing routines, aftercare and products.
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service and repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized wax suite and a professional appearance.
• Meet or exceed metrics for services per ticket and retail sales.
• Model EWC standards and coach new Wax Specialists on the floor.
• Lead virtual peer-based educational sessions and identify coaching opportunities.
