Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED is hiring Sugaristas in California to perform full-body sugaring, including Brazilian and bikini services, in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will educate clients on the process and aftercare, greet and check in/out clients, and support front-of-house duties to keep the day running smoothly.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to stand for extended periods, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for.
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process, and before and after service care.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
