Job summary

SugaringNYC is hiring a Licensed Esthetician / Sugarista to join our Oregon locations in West Linn and Happy Valley. You will perform sugaring and related beauty services, provide exceptional client experiences, and drive memberships and add-ons as part of a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have an Oregon Esthetician license, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Evening and weekend availability is required to support our client schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Oregon Esthetician license is required.
Evening and weekend availability.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent client service from start to finish.
Greet clients and explain their service.
Create a comfortable experience for first-time clients or those with sensitive skin.
Perform services with professionalism and attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, organized treatment room before, during, and after shifts.
Communicate with the team about service changes and client needs.
Educate clients on services, memberships, aftercare, and add-ons.
Support client retention through exceptional service and rebooking.
