Sugaring NYC Charlotte is seeking a dependable Licensed Esthetician for a part-time, on-site role. You will perform full-body sugaring, including Brazilian services, and provide related beauty treatments in a welcoming, professional studio.

The ideal candidate holds an active NC esthetician license, is committed to exceptional client service, and can work evenings and Saturdays. You will educate clients, drive rebooking, and support studio operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Our licensed estheticians, known as Sugaristas, are trained to deliver personalized services in a welcoming, professional environment.

Role Description

Sugaring NYC Charlotte is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our team.

This part-time, on-site position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional beauty services, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to a results-driven team.

The ideal candidate is professional, coachable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a consistently excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal treatments, including Brazilian services, in accordance with Sugaring NYC protocols and training.
• Provide additional beauty services, including vajacials, lash lifts, and brow treatments, as trained and assigned.
• Educate clients on appropriate pre- and post-care, skincare products, and recommended service frequency.
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional service, personalized recommendations, and consistent rebooking.
• Recommend retail products, service packages, and memberships based on individual client needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.
• Contribute to individual and studio performance goals, including client retention, retail sales, and service productivity.
• Remain engaged and productive during both busy and slower periods by supporting studio operations and team priorities.
• Assist with studio marketing initiatives, including appropriate photo and video content for social media.
• Support daily studio operations, including opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Perform other related duties that contribute to the overall success of the studio.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Esthetician or Cosmetology License required.
• Consistent availability for evening shifts until 7 PM and Saturdays required.
• Professional waxing or sugaring experience preferred, particularly Brazilian services.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to accept coaching, learn new techniques, and consistently follow established protocols.
• Comfortable educating clients and recommending products and services.
