SUGARED + BRONZED LLC is seeking a Licensed Esthetician for a paid training role in Philadelphia, PA. You’ll perform sugaring services in a fast-paced setting, while training in our technique and building client relationships.

The position offers full‑time or part‑time shifts, high client volume to boost speed, and opportunities for growth as we expand to new locations. Healthcare, 401(k) matching, and bonuses are included for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Active esthetician or cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for (waxing license acceptable in New York).
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian and Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process, and before- and after-service care.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

Your Day to Day

Our Sugaristas are beauty enthusiasts who love hair removal! You’ll provide sugaring services in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while building genuine connections with clients. Our teams are confident multitaskers that combine strong sugaring technique with a few front‑of‑house responsibilities to keep the day running smoothly. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight‑knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Sugarista Responsibilities

18.15 - 50 USD per hour (PA – Northern Liberties)
