Your Day to Day

Our Sugaristas are beauty enthusiasts who love hair removal. You’ll provide sugaring services in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while building genuine connections with clients. Our teams are confident multitaskers that combine strong sugaring technique with front‑of‑house responsibilities to keep the day running smoothly. Each store operates as a supportive, tight‑knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

SUGARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform full‑body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian and Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process and on before‑and‑after service care.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients using our appointment booking system.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for (Waxing license acceptable in New York).
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

Pay range:

• 18.15 - 50 USD per hour (TX - Houston - Montrose Houston)
• 18.15 - 50 USD per hour (TX - Houston - Rice Village)

• 18.15 - 50 USD per hour (TX - Houston - Uptown Park)
