Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED LLC in Pennsylvania locations is seeking a Sugarista to perform full-body sugaring services, including Brazilian and Bikini, in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll build genuine connections with clients while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll educate clients on the sugaring process, greet and check in/out using our scheduling system, and maintain pristine treatment rooms with strict sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for (Waxing license acceptable in New York).
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair‑removal services, including Brazilian and Bikini.

Your day to day

Our Sugaristas are beauty enthusiasts who love hair removal! You’ll provide sugaring services in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while building genuine connections with clients. Our teams are confident multitaskers that combine strong sugaring technique with front-of-house responsibilities to keep the day running smoothly. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight‑knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Salary Information

18.15 – 50 USD per hour (PA - Northern Liberties); 18.15 – 50 USD per hour (PA - Philadelphia - Rittenhouse Square); 18.15 – 50 USD per hour (PA - Philadelphia - Suburban Square)
