Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an Esthetician to join our team in Phoenix. You will provide high-quality facial services, design progressive skincare treatment plans, and help clients feel their best.

Qualified candidates hold a current esthetics license in the state and carry liability insurance. You will participate in hands-on training, meet sales goals, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• An active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
