Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Licensed Esthetician to deliver high-quality facial services and personalized skincare plans. You will engage with members and guests, promote memberships, and contribute to a welcoming spa experience.

Ideal candidates hold an active esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and demonstrate strong customer service with a sales-minded approach. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly attitude.
• Generate new clientele through referrals and memberships.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level esthetic services to members and guests.
