Job summary

Hand & Stone, a national spa brand, is seeking a licensed esthetician. You will design skincare plans, perform facial treatments, and deliver excellent member experiences while promoting skincare products from Dermalogica and Image.

Requirements include an active Arizona Esthetics license, liability insurance, and experience with Dermalogica or Image lines; eagerness to grow with a supportive team in a spa environment.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Esthetics license required.
• Active liability insurance required.
• Experience with Dermalogica or Image skincare lines; Dermalogica Experts Highly Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Create excellent experiences for members/guests through being friendly, helpful, engaged, enthusiastic and knowledgeable
• Participate in required and ongoing training; become certified in modalities offered
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and membership sales
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
• Help our spa become the top Hand & Stone for esthetics
