Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas in Northfield Township, IL is seeking a licensed Esthetician to deliver high-quality skincare services, design progressive treatment plans, and support members and guests with expert advice. You will help create an outstanding spa experience and maintain professional standards.

You will participate in ongoing trainings, collaborate with teams, and strive to meet sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
