Qualifications
- Active esthetics license in the appropriate state.
- Ability to carry esthetics liability insurance.
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals.
- Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
- Create excellent experiences for members/guests through a friendly attitude.
- Generate new clientele through referrals and memberships.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-level esthetic services to clients.
- Design personalized treatment plans based on skincare goals.
- Maintain clean, professional treatment rooms and equipment.
- Promote memberships and referrals to grow client base.
- Participate in ongoing trainings and product knowledge sessions.
