Hand & Stone Glassboro is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. This role focuses on personalized skincare, delivering top-level facial services, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Maintain an active Esthetics license in NJ, carry liability insurance, and follow state regulations. You will design progressive treatment plans and guide clients with homecare routines, while contributing to sales goals and a welcoming spa experience.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
