Hand & Stone East Windsor is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to serve our members and guests with skincare treatments that go beyond a facial, creating a skincare ritual.

Maintain state licensure, liability coverage, and a commitment to high-quality service. You will design progressive plans, train with ongoing programs, and help clients achieve their skincare goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state of employment.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide world class client experience during treatments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
