Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license and carry liability insurance.
• Perform top-level facial services and skincare treatments.
• Design progressive treatment plans including homecare regimens.
• Provide a world-class client experience through a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Meet or exceed sales and performance goals set by leadership.
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars.
