Hand & Stone High Point is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. We provide all linens, tools, equipment, and supplies, with a focus on skincare that makes a positive impact on clients’ lives.

Maintain current esthetics licensure, liability insurance, and adherence to state regulations while delivering world-class facials and progressive treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics license in the state you work
• Carry esthetics liability insurance
• Comply with licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world-class client experience during treatments
• Design progressive treatment plans including homecare
• Deliver friendly, helpful service
• Effectively communicate with clients and spa team
• Meet sales and performance goals set by spa leadership

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
