Job summary

Hand & Stone Newtown Square is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. We provide all necessary supplies and a supportive environment focused on skincare and client relationships.

Maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and deliver personalized treatments with professional guidance. You’ll design progressive plans, meet sales goals, and participate in ongoing training to elevate the spa experience.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
