Job summary

Hand & Stone Newtown Square is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. We provide skincare treatments, personalized plans, and a focus on lasting client relationships in a supportive spa environment.

As an Esthetician, you will perform top-level services, design progressive plans, and maintain licenses while contributing to a positive guest experience. Training, benefits, and advancement opportunities are offered in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
