As an Esthetician, you will maintain licenses, carry liability insurance, and design progressive treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals, while delivering a world-class spa experience that emphasizes client education and results.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the state where you will work.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world-class client experience with top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Meet sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training and workshops/webinars.

Responsibilities
