Maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and comply with state laws. Provide world-class experiences, design progressive treatments, and help clients achieve their skincare goals while meeting sales

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Esthetics license in the state of practice.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Comply with all state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class client experiences through top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on individual skincare goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
