Job summary

Glowbar is seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our team in a fast-paced, client-focused studio. You will deliver customized 30-minute facials, perform advanced skincare services, educate clients on products and home routines, and build lasting relationships to promote memberships.

You will work with a collaborative team to maintain studio standards and provide an exceptional Glowbar experience. We offer strong training, growth pathways into leadership roles, and competitive compensation

Qualifications

Licensed Esthetician with active license
Strong customer service and skincare knowledge
Hospitality-focused and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

Deliver Glowbar's 30-minute facial with consistency and care
Perform services like extractions, dermaplaning, nano infusion, LED therapy, and high-frequency treatments
Educate clients on products, at-home routines and treatment plans
Document detailed client notes and guide toward memberships
Maintain sanitation and studio cleanliness before/after every appointment
Collaborate with Studio Guides and Managers to keep the studio running smoothly
Represent Glowbar with presentation standards and education
