Glowbar is reinventing the facial with custom, 30-minute treatments led by expert estheticians, expanding across NYC and the Northeast. You will deliver personalized facials, educate clients on products, and guide them toward Glowbar memberships.

As a licensed esthetician, you will thrive in a fast-paced, supportive studio, build lasting client relationships, maintain spotless treatment rooms, and collaborate with studio guides to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician (brand new grads welcome)
• Passion for skincare, client care, and continuous learning
• Warm, professional presence with a hospitality mindset
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Full-Time: 5 days; Part-Time: 3 days; Peak DayOnly: 1 day Fri/Sat/Sun
• Aim to reach $1,000+ in monthly product sales via treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Deliver Glowbar's customized 30-minute facial with consistency and care
• Perform specialized services like extractions, dermaplaning, nano infusion, LED therapy, and high-frequency treatments
• Educate and develop customized treatment plans with recommended products and at-home routines
• Document detailed notes and guide clients toward memberships
• Maintain sanitation standards and keep studio spotless and client-ready
• Collaborate with Studio Guides and Managers to keep studio operations smooth
• Be a Glowbar ambassador in personality, presentation, and education
