Glowbar Inc. is seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our Brooklyn studios. You will perform Glowbar's signature 30-minute facials and advanced services in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You’ll educate clients on products, create personalized treatment plans, and help clients move toward memberships. New grads are welcome. We emphasize skincare passion, hospitality, and a team-first attitude, with opportunities for growth into senior and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician with active license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Glowbar's 30-minute facial with consistency and care.
• Perform services like extractions, dermaplaning, nano infusion, LED therapy, high-frequency treatments.
• Educate clients on products and at-home routines; develop treatment plans.
• Build lasting client relationships and guide clients toward memberships.
• Maintain sanitation and studio cleanliness; support front desk when needed.
