Glowbar is seeking licensed estheticians to join our fast-paced studios across the Northeast. You’ll deliver our signature 30-minute facials, master specialized techniques, and grow within a supportive, results-driven team.

You’ll earn $18–$19 per hour, with weekend differential, product commissions, gratuity, paid vacation, medical/dental/vision coverage, and perks like DailyPay and employee discounts. Flexible weekend availability and a comprehensive training program help you glow from day one.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician with active license in good standing.
• Genuine passion for skincare and client care.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Glowbar's 30-minute facials with consistency.
• Perform services like extractions, dermaplaning, LED therapy.
• Educate clients on products and at-home routines.
• Document notes and guide clients toward memberships.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and sanitation.
• Collaborate with studio team and front desk when needed.
• Represent Glowbar with professional presentation and education.
