Hand & Stone Brentwood is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our guests. We offer skincare services with customized long-term plans and a focus on building relationships to make every facial a highlight of the month.

We seek estheticians who maintain an active state license, carry liability insurance, and deliver world-class client experiences while meeting sales goals. Training and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you work.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world-class client experience during facial services.
• Design progressive treatment plans including homecare regimens.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent guest experience with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.

As an Esthetician, you will
