Hand & Stone Brentwood is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to provide exceptional skincare services and personalized treatment plans that enhance client confidence. You will deliver top-quality facials, educate clients, and contribute to a premium spa experience in a friendly, guest-centric environment.

Maintaining licensure, liability coverage, and compliance with state laws is essential, as is achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer care and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
