Hand & Stone Franklin Cool Springs is expanding our team of licensed estheticians to deliver world-class facial treatments and skincare plans in a client-focused environment.

As part of the Hand & Stone team, you will maintain licensure, carry liability insurance, and adhere to state regulations while guiding guests through customized treatment plans and at-home regimens to enhance their skin and confidence.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance as required.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience through professional demeanor and care.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans including homecare regimens.

Responsibilities

• Perform top-level esthetic services that meet client skincare goals.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product selections.
• Create personalized treatment plans and monitor progress with follow-up visits.
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and client-ready spa environment.

As an Esthetician, you will
