Job summary

Hand & Stone Franklin is seeking licensed estheticians to join a service-focused team in Franklin, TN. You will perform high-quality skincare services, design progressive homecare plans, and deliver a welcoming, personalized client experience to every guest.

Maintain an active state license, carry liability insurance, and adhere to licensing laws while contributing to growth through client education and achieving spa objectives.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive homecare regimens, based on the client's skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
