Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC, a Hand & Stone franchisee, is expanding our Brentwood team with licensed estheticians who are passionate about skincare and helping clients feel confident in their own skin.

You will deliver high-quality facials and skincare services, build client relationships, and create customized long-term treatment plans. We value education, client education, and ongoing training to elevate service standards.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.

As an Esthetician, you will
