Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our Indianapolis area team. You will deliver top-level skincare services, design progressive treatment plans, and help clients achieve healthier, radiant skin.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, ongoing education, and contributing to sales goals through product recommendations and memberships. Flexible schedules and a supportive spa environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
