The Role

Periidot is looking for a licensed esthetician to grow into a full client-facing role here. This is a real investment position, not a quick fill:

• Start at roughly 15 hours/week in a structured, fully paid training period — hands-on practice and building the product and protocol knowledge specific to this studio
• Training starts at $23/hour, with pay commensurate with experience
• As you build skill and confidence, you'll transition into working directly with clients, moving into a commission-based structure
• Timeline is flexible based on experience — more experienced estheticians may move into client-facing work sooner
• Along the way, you'll help with restocking, laundry, studio upkeep, and (with oversight) social media content
