Skin House is a premier facial bar in Philadelphia seeking a Part-Time Medical Esthetician. You will perform customized facials and advanced treatments, guide clients with consultations, and craft personalized home-care plans to build lasting relationships.

The role requires experience with chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and a client-centered approach, with weekend availability to support busy client schedules. Growth, education, and client-retention focus are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years hands-on experience in spa/medspa/dermatology settings.
• Experience with advanced treatments such as peels, dermaplaning, microneedling.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatment planning and post-care.
• Familiarity with booking systems like Zenoti is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-retention skills.
• Professional, polished demeanor and weekend availability.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Medical Esthetician to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced, polished, and results-focused professional who is passionate about advanced skincare, exceptional client care, and building lasting client relationships. Weekend availability is required.

Position

About the Role

As a Medical Esthetician at Skin House, you will provide customized facial and advanced skincare treatments based on each client’s individual needs and goals. You will guide clients through their skincare journey by offering thoughtful consultations, personalized treatment plans, professional home-care recommendations, and a consistently elevated experience.The ideal candidate is confident performing advanced services, comfortable educating clients, and motivated to build and retain a strong book of business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hands‑on experience in a spa, medspa, dermatology practice, or facial studio
• Experience performing advanced treatments such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and corrective skincare services
• Strong knowledge of professional skincare products, ingredients, treatment planning, and post‑treatment care
• Experience using Zenoti or a similar booking and client‑management platform is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, consultation, and client‑retention skills
• Professional, polished, dependable, and team‑oriented demeanor
• Required availability to work weekends

• Contribute to studio goals, client retention, and overall business growth
