Elements Massage in Tempe, AZ seeks a dedicated esthetician to deliver customized skincare services to a diverse client base. You will promote facial treatments, recommend products, and contribute to growing the facial program within our studio.

Ideal candidates are licensed estheticians with accredited training, willing to hustle, engage clients, and maintain thorough intake notes. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are offered to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Must complete an accredited esthetics program.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining an esthetician license/certification to provide facial services.
• Must carry personal liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized skincare and product recommendations to a diverse client base.
• Promote and book facial services and related products in lobby during downtime.
• Build and grow the facial business through proactive outreach and client engagement.
• Maintain SOAP/intake notes and strive for a minimum $40+ average retail sale per client.

Are you an esthetician looking for a studio where you will be encouraged and supported to use your knowledge, skills, and training to provide customized skincare and product recommendations to a variety of clients? We offer exciting esthetic jobs all over the country!

We are only 2 years into our skincare services and are searching for an experienced esthetician that is proactive in promoting and growing the facial business at our locations. We need someone that can be in the lobby during downtime promoting products and services. Someone that wants to jump in and make confirmation calls to existing appointments to promote and book facial services. Someone that understands it's going to take some hustle and self-starting to get your business rolling within our brand.

It will be SLOW GOING at first so you must be able to endure slow days, cut days and small commission checks while you build. Ideally, the right candidate will be finanically stable outside of this position while they grow.

Work hard to grow now and you'll be busy and prosperous in no time but it's up to you and your own effot. We are there to promote and book but it's the go-getter esthetican who controls her own destiny!

• Following our proven systems for providing a superior skin care experience for your clients and members.
• Customizing protocol based on client needs and preferences
• Providing a professional recommendation for next steps in a client’s treatment plan including at least 3 retail products every time
• Creating SOAP/intake notes for each sessionMaintaining an average of $40+ average retail sale per client
