WellBiz Brands, Inc. is seeking an experienced esthetician to provide customized skincare for a variety of clients. You will promote and book facial services, stock operations, and deliver professional product recommendations, including at least three retail items per session.

The role requires evenings and weekends availability, proactive self-starting, and enthusiasm to grow the facial business. Commissions and strong base pay are offered in a supportive, employee-focused environment.

• Must have completed accredited esthetics program.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification that allows you to perform facial services at the studio.

We are only 2 years into our skincare services and are searching for an experienced esthetician that is proactive in promoting and growing the facial business at our locations. We need someone that can be in the lobby during downtime promoting products and services. Someone that wants to jump in and make confirmation calls to existing appointments to promote and book facial services. Someone that understands it's going to take some hustle and self-starting to get your business rolling within our brand.

It will be SLOW GOING at first so you must be able to endure slow days, cut days and small commission checks while you build. Ideally, the right candidate will be finanically stable outside of this position while they grow.

Work hard to grow now and you'll be busy and prosperous in no time but it's up to you and your own effot. We are there to promote and book but it's the go-getter esthetican who controls her own destiny!

• Following our proven systems for providing a superior skin care experience for your clients and members.


• Customizing protocol based on client needs and preferences


• Providing a professional recommendation for next steps in a client's treatment plan including at least 3 retail products every time


• Creating SOAP/intake notes for each session


• Maintaining an average of $40+ average retail sale per client

Must be available nights and weekends.
