• Avg pay per 50-min facial: $48-$52 (includes gratuity)
  
• Advanced services: Up to $66 for 60-70 min treatments

• W-2 position - We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

• Service/ Duration/ Pay (incl. gratuity)
• Signature Facial/ 50 min/ $48-$52
• Advanced Facials & Treatments/ 40-60 min/ - $50-$65
• Ultimate Treatments/ 70 min/ $65-$75
• Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments
  
• Average specialist gratuity: ~20%
  
• Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs./week (80% scheduled) earn ~$60K+ annually
  
• Extra pay from enhancements, waxing and retail sales

Schedule & Benefits

• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60-minute facials
