Job summary

The Engineer Manager Licensed 14 will lead contractor projects, supervise engineering staff, and coordinate with utilities and agencies to ensure safe, compliant construction oversight.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering and a valid driver’s license are required, with extensive professional experience in engineering leadership and project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required and must be maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage highway and bridge construction projects being built by contractors.
• Supervise MDOT and consultant engineering staff on project tasks.
• Oversee pre-construction plan reviews, progress meetings, schedules, traffic control, and coordination with utilities.
