Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-house construction engineering, inspection and oversight of MDOT projects.
• Coordinate with local communities, regional partners, contractors and MDOT central office.
• Negotiate agreements and respond to operational needs with the TSC manager.
• Train and guide staff, share best practices across the state, and implement process improvements.
