National Seating & Mobility, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Elevator Mechanic to install and service elevators and lifts, collaborate with the PM and Sales team, and mentor junior technicians. You will ensure compliance with state codes and DS requirements while maintaining a professional on-site presence.

The role emphasizes independent problem solving, strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, and reliable attendance across commercial and residential projects.

Qualifications

• Licensed Elevator Mechanic with current license.
• Minimum 2 years of direct elevator installation experience.
• Knowledge of Home Access & Elevator technology.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Effective organizational skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead installer for commercial and residential elevators and lifts.
• Mentor and train junior technicians on site.
• Collaborate with project manager and sales to align with drawings and scope.
• Attend state site inspections and ensure compliance.
• Provide routine and preventative maintenance for elevators and lifts.
• Maintain professional appearance and regular attendance.
