Job summary

National Seating & Mobility seeks a Licensed Elevator Mechanic to lead elevator installations and maintenance for commercial and residential projects. You will collaborate with the project manager and sales team to ensure installations meet state code requirements and client specifications.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, the ability to diagnose issues, and the capacity to mentor junior technicians on daily site tasks and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Elevator Mechanic with current credentials.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years direct elevator installation experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to diagnose and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation and service/repair of commercial and residential elevators and lifts.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Sales team to align with drawings and scope.
• Mentor and train junior technicians on site; provide on‑site guidance.
