Job summary

ION Solar is seeking a skilled electrical installer to assemble solar array racking, seal roof penetrations, and wire connections on residential projects in Oregon. You will diagnose issues, ensure quality and crew safety while following company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Solar experience preferred
• Completion of apprenticeship and valid electrician's license or enrollment in trade apprenticeship

Responsibilities

• Assemble solar array racking and seal roof penetrations
• Install all related equipment and wiring per policy
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions
• Maintain quality assurance and crew safety
• Document paperwork for each completed job
• Interact with customers professionally and address questions or concerns
