Job summary

Walmart is seeking an electrician for facilities maintenance at the Jackson, TN location. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and documentation to ensure safe and reliable operations.

You will respond to emergencies, coordinate with managers and contractors, and manage work orders while following OSHA/EPA regulations and Walmart safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in the electrical trade.
• Licensed Journeyman Electrician or equivalent in state of work.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• License in related trade in city and/or state of work.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspects, cleans, repairs, and documents wear and tear; orders parts and tracks maintenance.
• Responds to emergency calls and coordinates with managers and contractors.
• Operates and maintains vehicles and heavy equipment following safety procedures.
• Leads teams and ensures compliance with OSHA/EPA and Walmart standards.
