Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety and functionality of facilities and equipment.
• Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors by completing and providing required information.
• Performs major and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures using multiple craft skills.
• Responds to emergency calls and documents repair activities.
• Orders parts and tracks orders and submits warranty claims.
