BigFoot Staffing is seeking a Licensed Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations for multifamily new-construction projects in the Willamette Valley. You will manage crews, schedules, and safety programs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and compliance.

Willingness to travel within Willamette Valley is expected. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination across trades, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Formación

• Current Oregon electrical license is required.
• Significant electrical construction leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multifamily or large-scale new-construction projects.
• Must supervise multiple crews or projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, construction methods, and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field crews and oversee electrical installations across multiple projects.
• Ensure installations meet scope, quality standards, codes, and safety requirements.
• Train and develop foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and laborers.
• Plan all phases of construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate installation activities with other trades and stakeholders.
• Document project progress with daily reports and site photos.
