Qualifications

• Must be clinically licensed and able to practice without supervision.
• Active licensure as an CSW/LCSW with relevant state credentials.
• Experience delivering Employee Assistance Program services.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution-focused, short-term counseling to diverse clients via in-person and tele/video modalities.
• Assess client needs, set goals, and develop tailored care plans within EAP coverage.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation per standards.
• Collaborate with TELUS Health EAP team to ensure seamless client care.
• Protect confidentiality and comply with applicable policies and regulations.
