Job summary

TELUS Health is expanding its EAP network across the United States, inviting licensed mental health professionals to provide in-person counselling through their private practice. Independent providers enjoy autonomy, backed by TELUS Health’s referrals and a collaborative network, while adhering to clinical standards and confidentiality.

Professionals must be clinically licensed, have 3+ years of post-graduate counseling experience, and hold sufficient professional liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Licensed and able to practice without supervision.
• 3+ years post-graduate counseling experience.
• Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 per aggregate.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person EAP counselling to a diverse clientele.
• Accept or decline referrals within contractual parameters.
• Enter clinical notes into database, bill, and update your provider profile when required.
• Notify TELUS Health of complaints, citations, or investigations affecting licensure.
• Collaborate with TELUS Health's EAP team to ensure seamless client care.
